• Paid search and paid social campaign management
• Content strategy, copywriting, and editorial services
• Photo and video production
• Analytics, reporting, and performance review
• Email marketing and lifecycle communications

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for an engagement are documented in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed in writing between you and Alauda.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our Service or contacting us
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or to systems or networks connected to it
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relevant to your healthcare or aesthetic practice

This Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alauda AI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Deliverables produced for you under a signed engagement are governed by the assignment and license terms in that engagement's statement of work.

Certain services require payment under a written agreement. By engaging us under a paid plan or statement of work:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees on the schedule documented in that agreement
• Recurring engagements renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the agreement
• You may cancel a recurring engagement at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated
• Refunds are provided at our discretion and according to the specific engagement terms

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any specific marketing or business outcome will be achieved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alauda AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any engagement with us, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alauda AI, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties. Termination of a paid engagement is additionally governed by the terms in the applicable statement of work.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
